Terrible Article from Toms Hardware
Tom's hardware has posted a terrible article titled "7 Gaming Systems that Were Epic Failures". The first system on the list is the TurboGrafx-16. I guess Tom's Hardware is unaware of how successful it was as the PC Engine in Japan...
I also really enjoyed the following quote:
"While the graphics were an upgrade over the NES and Sega, the games were for the most part unoriginal rehashes or lame rip-offs—check out "Fighting Street""
I guess near perfect arcade translations are considered "lame rip-offs".
Another great quote:
"This low rating for the Neo Geo is really more over my jealousy of not being able to own one."
Uh huh.....riveting article. Sounds like he only looked at a picture of the N-Gage judging by the review.
Tom's Hardware is a great place to find tools for improving your PC performance. I didn't realize the site articles were also written by tools.

LOL yeah i read this this afternoon. LAMERS! Rehash and lame ripoffs?!!!! I don't thin kthis person ever played the games in depth, or at all, thus indicating lack of research was done even to prove his statement. Was it a failure, ONLY in the states, but it still had a HUUUUUGE following and with import stores around and magazines like EGM/GamePro, and Super Gaming(magazine put out by EGM for the Japanese games that usually never made it over here), the TG-16 with CD add-on had a great line-up that only was slightly matched by the Sega Dreamcast. That whole article seemed rushed for ever console tha twas a failure. I ahve to agree with the Virtual Boy review though.
