World Class Baseball Out for Wii Virtual Console

Sorry I'm a little late reporting this week. Perhaps it's my utter surprise and maybe even embarrassment at this week's release. Not that it's a bad game - on the contrary, I used to love playing this game multiplayer (up to 5 players) at my neighbour Robodork's house.

But why are sports games being released? Not a lot has changed in the sports game genre in the past 20 years, except for the addition of 3D. The other genre's are almost all completely different and can't compete or compare with each other. The only thing that I think actually keeps this game somewhat relevant is the absence of any NLB/MLB teams or players.

New Wii title from HUDSON!

So great to see Hudson making games for new gen systems. Still doesn't seem like they have that flair they had back the the glory days of the PCE, but man it STILL kicks ass!

Neutopia II Out for Wii Virtual Console

Neutopia II is now out for the Virtual Console. This awesome follow up to the original Neutopia took the game to a new level. One of my all-time favs.

Wii Virtual Console Monday - Bonk 3

Bonk Returns in this follow-up to Bonk's Revenge. Bonk 3 adds many new gameplay elements to the Bonk series, unfortunately, the game can't quite measure up to Bonk's Revenge.

Check out the review here.
