Put DOOEngine.SIM in your GAME directory. Put your .PCE games where you want.
Use "Interesting game" from Dingoo menu and choose your .PCE file, the emu will launch with the game ;)

Warning, it's only a beta release (i will be very busy so i don't know when i will improve it) and some games hangs the Dingoo,
To help me to improve it, just tell me which games are not ok (name and CRC, you have the CRC in menu).

Technically Inaccurate, But Decent TG16 Retrospective

TheGameReviews.com has posted a nice, although some a little technically inaccurate, TurboGrafx-16 Retrospective.

Check it out:
source

With its 20th anniversary upcoming this month, David Taylor reflects on the highs and lows of a forgotten console that maybe deserved better - the Turbo Grafx-16

This year marks a number of noteworthy anniversaries, among them some of the most inspiring (the Apollo 11 moon landing) and), and tragic (Tiananmen Square) episodes in modern history. On a more esoteric level, this year represents the 20th anniversary of a largely forgotten but significant event in the annals of video game industry. On August 29, 1989 the Japanese computer manufacturer NEC released its video game console, the Turbo Grafx-16, in the United States.
