Review:
Riot Zone is an actioned packed, punch and kick your way adventure in the style of Streets of Rage and Final Fight.  It's a typical story - save your girl.  You can choose between jeans and T-shirt wearing Hawk, or Tony sporting the red leather and pink mohawk look.  Unfortunately, this isn't a two player game.  It would double the fun factor.  I thought the Tony and Hawk combo a little amusing, huh?  HUH??  Tony Hawk, get it?  No?  Okay.

Overall the game is relatively easy - I beat it my first try (sure, I used all of my continues and almost all of my lives, but that's not the point).  Graphics are typical of a game of this type, the sound track is rocking, and the sound FX are very similar to that of Final Fight - when the enemies die they sound like they're puking, etc.  I've never actually heard anyone die before, so it's hard to say how accurate the noise is.

All and all, I enjoyed the 25 minutes it took me to beat it, and I will play it again with Hawk this time to add a little variety.

"So, you're the elusive 'Pretty Boy'.  I never would've expected it be you."
